The Government of Andhra Pradesh will conduct special seat allotment for DEECET 2016 on October 2, 2016. DEECET is being held every year for the admission to Diploma in Elementary Education (D.Ed) course at various colleges across the state.

Convenor of DEECET 2016, said that the special counselling is being carried out for 3,072 students who were not allotted seats in the initial phase of counselling. These candidates have given the web options but were not allotted seats. The seat allotment for these candidates will take place on October 2, 2016. The candidates can download the allotment letter on October 3, 2016.

The verification of certificates will be held on October 4 & 5, 2016, at several helplines centres across 13 districts of Andhra Pradesh. The candidates need to carry the allotment letter while attending certificates verification.
