Anna University Marking Scheme

Anna University results are generated using letter grades, with A+ being the highest grade and E being the lowest grade. The minimum passing grade at Anna University is 50%, meaning that a student must score at least 50% of the total marks in order to pass a course. Anna University PG Marking Scheme

TANCET marks would be taken into account for admission to MBA and MCA programmes at Anna University. There are always 100 questions in the 2-hour TANCET exam, and its format has never been altered. Candidates will have four choices from which to select the one that is correct. Candidates will receive 1 mark for each accurate response and 1/3 of the total points will be removed for each incorrect response. Any candidate who chooses more than one option will be marked incorrectly, and a third of their score will be taken away. No points will be deducted for unanswered questions.

Candidates must take the Common Engineering Entrance Test for Admission (CEETA PG) to be considered for admission to the ME, M.Tech, M.Plan, and M.Arch programmes at AU Chennai. Candidates with qualifying GATE scores are exempt from CEETA PG for admissions to ME and M.Tech. Counselling will be used to make the final selections for the ME, M.Tech, M.Plan, M.Arch, MBA, and MCA programmes. The selection process for the M.Sc programme is based on a two-hour M.Sc written test administered by Anna University, followed by an interview for the candidates who made the shortlist. The entrance test consists of 100 MCQs, for 100 total points and one wrong answer results in a loss of 1/3 points.

Anna University Revaluation Result 2023

A chance for reevaluating answer keys is provided by Anna University within 15–20 days after the results are announced. Students can request revaluations, re-totalling of the response scripts, and re-checking. As soon as the Anna University result is announced, a notice of re-evaluation will be posted online. One month following the application's clearance, the Anna University revaluation results will be made public on the official website. Future comparisons will be made using the higher of the two scores.
