The allotment details for the first phase will be sent to the candidate's registered mobile number. The seat allotment will include college-wise allotment, names of candidates, allotted course, rank, and category details. It is essential to note that the allotments are subject to the grant of affiliation from the university.

After the seat allotment, candidates must report to the allotted college through the Self-Reporting System and also in person with the downloaded allotment order and self-joining report. Both stages of reporting are mandatory and must be completed within the stipulated dates, which are from July 23 to July 26, 2025. Failure to report through both modes will result in cancellation of the allotment, and the candidate will forfeit any claim for further seat allotment. Candidates are advised to regularly check the official website for updates and notifications regarding the seat allotment and reporting process. The classes for the allotted course will begin on August 4, 2025.
