AP ECET-2016 Held Peacefully at Guntur
The Andhra Pradesh Engineering Common Entrance Test was held peacefully on 9-May-2016. The ECET examination is conducted for the Polytechnic students for the admission into second year B.Tech course at various Engineering Colleges of Andhra Pradesh. Coordination of examination, Mr. AV Prasad gave an analysis about examination.
He said, “The examination was held in 8 centers of Guntur. A total number of 3, 936 students attended the examination. The examination commenced at 10.00 AM and continued till 1.00 PM. The Andhra Pradesh State road Transport Corporation has run special buses to all the examination centers from 7.00 AM in the morning. A bus for every 10 minutes has been run from Mangalagiri which is 12 KMS away from Guntur. Parents escorted students to the examination centers”.
The examination was held at following centers:-
- MBTS Polytechnic, Nallapdu
- Vignan Nirula College
- Vignan Degree College
- Government Degree College
- TJPS College
- JKC College
- Hindu College and
- South Indian English Medium School.
Students felt that the paper was easy but physics was bit difficult. However students performed well in the examinations. The government is likely to announce the ranks in the next week. Official announcement is yet to be given. The Answer Key will be available at AP Polytechnic website from 10-May-2016.
