AP POLYCET Final Phase Counselling 2025 Starts: Who is eligible to participate?

The DTE, Andhra Pradesh, has commenced the AP POLYCET Final Phase Counselling 2025 on July 17. Aspirants need to pay the processing fees before July 19, by visiting the official website, polycet.ap.gov.in.

AP POLYCET Final Phase Counselling 2025: The Department of Technical Education (DTE), Andhra Pradesh, has initiated the Final Phase of AP POLYCET Counselling 2025, with the opening of fee processing window starting on July 17, and running through July 19. Eligible candidates must first register and pay the processing fee; after this, both new registrants and those who have previously verified their documents can participate. The certificate verification will be conducted by the admission authority from July 18 to 20, 2025. During the same timeline, the AP POLYCET Web Options can also be filled online through the official website- polycet.ap.gov.in.

After the allotment list is released on July 23, students must complete self-reporting and college reporting between July 24 and 26, with failure to comply leading to cancellation of seats.

AP POLYCET Final Phase Counselling 2025: Who is Eligible to Participate?

The candidates who are eligible for AP POLYCET Final Phase Counselling 2025 are:

Candidates who have secured seats but have exercised the Upgradation option in the previous rounds.
Candidates who have not secured seats so far but got their certificates verified.
Candidates who have not exercised the options so far but got their certificates verified.
Candidates who have secured a seat, reported and are aspiring for a better option.
Candidates who have reported/not reported but cancelled their first Phase allotment.
Candidates who have attended for certificate verification as per the above schedule.

AP POLYCET Final Phase 2025 Counselling: Documents Required

Aspirants must bring the processing fee payment receipt along with all original certificates and two sets of photocopies of the documents listed below:

AP POLYCET hall ticket
AP POLYCET rank card
SSC or its equivalent marks memo (Original or Internet copy).
Class 4 to 10 Study Certificate or Residence Certificate (if the candidate has not attended any institutionalised education) or Residence Certificate of either parent in A.P. for 10 years in the case of non-local candidates.
