Applications for BPED and MPED courses of Lucknow University will be available from April 26. Application Forms will be available on official website of Lucknow University and also offline at the Department of Physical Education.
Candidates will have to pay Rs.800 as fees for application form and Rs.250 will be payable as physical fitness fees. Application forms will be available till May 30. Earlier this year LU decided to restart BPED courses again after 3 years. Last year LU was not able to restart the courses because of not having Approval of SICTE on time.
According to assistant professor Neeraj Jain "There are no issue or problem this year and we are ready to restart this course. We are working on all the process according to the guidelines of SICTE."
The entrance examamination process will start with a written exam , after the written entrance exam there will be a physical test and then there will be an interview. A merit list will be prepared on the basis of all three exams and then admission process will start on the basis of merit list.
On other hand MPED entrance exam process will begin first week of June with the release of application forms. There will be Rs.1000 as admission form fees and Rs.250 will be taken as Fitness Fee. Final admission process for these exams will start in last week of June.
