Barkatullah University has announced that the exam dates for some courses have been postponed due to the clash with the exam dates of Union Public Service Commission (UPSC). The varsity has announced the revised schedule of the exam dates on the official website.

The exam dates for the following courses have been revised:-
- The third-semester examinations of LLB course have been postponed to December 5, 2016.
- Similarly, the Biochemistry examination for MBBS (first prof) course has been postponed to December 5, 2016. The examination was supposed to take place on November 28, 2016.
- The Pathology examination for MBBS course will be held on December 5, 2016.
- Ophthalmology examination for MBBS (final year) will be conducted on December 14, 2016. Earlier, the examination was supposed to take place on December 10, 2016.
- Similarly, Prosthodontics examination for BDS (fourth year) course will be held on December 2, 2016.
- The semester end examinations for B.Sc, BBA, BA, B.Com and BCA will commence from December 5, 2016. The exams were supposed to commence on November 26, 2016.

On the other hand, various universities in Andhra Pradesh, Telangana and Kerala have postponed examinations for some of the courses due to ‘Bharat Bandh’ on November 28, 2016. The examination schedule for rest of the exams will remain as usual. The examinations which are supposed to take place on November 28 have been postponed.
