BD College Patna  to start MCA course

The All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) has given its approval to the B.D. College – Patna to start 3 year Masters in Computer Application (MCA) course from this current academic session of 2016-17.

The council at the New Delhi has allotted a total of 60 seats for the PG course for which the admission process would start very soon as per the regulations laid down by the All India Council For Technical Education & the Magadh University (MU) as informed by the college principal Mr. P K Verma on 3rd May 2016.

Mr Verma also said that the admission to the M.C.A course will be given only on the merit basis.

The government of India’s criteria would also be followed, strictly. It is noteworthy that the college had applied for the MCA affiliation in the recent past, but had been working very diligently in order to set the stage for the introduction of the course in the college’s curriculum. The college has got the approval after fulfilling the criteria for the introduction of the technical course, as informed.

The principal also informed that the B.D College- Patna has already been running the postgraduate Master of Business Administration (MBA) course from earlier.
