National Testing Agency has conducted Biotechnology Eligibility Test (BET) 2022 on April 23, 2022. BET 2022 is conducted in the afternoon session. The BET examination 2022 started at 3:00 PM and ended at 6:00 PM. The candidates attended the BET 2022 examination through Computer Based Test.

Biotechnology Eligibility Test question paper is segregated into two sections viz Section-A and Section-B.  Section-A of the question paper did have 50 questions and all the questions are mandatory.  There were questions from seven subjects in Section-A. The subjects are General Science, Chemistry, Mathematics, General Aptitude, Quantitative Ability, Analytical, and General Biotechnology.  Section-A of the question paper is tested for 150 marks.

BET 2022 Section-B of the question paper had 150 questions. Candidates were blessed with internal choice. Out of 150 questions from Section-B, candidates should attempt only 50 questions. All these 150 questions are from Biotechnology.

BET 2022 is conducted for 300 marks. Section -A of the question paper as well as Section-B are tested for 150 marks each. There were 200 questions in BET 2022 question Paper. There is no difference in  marking scheme for Section-A and Section-B. In both sections, every correct answer is awarded with +3 marks and for every incorrect answer, one mark will be deducted from the total.
