BCECEB has announced that the online registration and choice filling for DCECE counselling 2022 will begin on September 1. The seat matrix for counselling process has been released.
Bihar DCECE Counselling 2022: For admissions into the Polytechnic Engineering (PE) courses, BCECE Board will begin the counselling registrations and choice filling on September 01, 2022. All counselling activities will be carried out online at https://bceceboard.bihar.gov.in. The seat matrix for the counselling is already out on the official website. The registration and choice filling for the counselling rounds will close on September 06, 2022.
It is to be noted that the window for registration/choice filling will only be opened once. All interested and eligible candidates must register and fill out their choices for seat allotment within the given timeline only. No separate registration/choice filling will be carried out for the next Round 2.

Bihar DCECE Counselling 2022 Registration: Steps to Follow
While registering for Bihar DCECE 2022 Counselling, the following points shall be noted: -
- The registration must be done online mode only at bceceboard.bihar.gov.in within the given deadline by visiting the ‘Online Counselling Portal of DCECE 2022’ and then clicking on the ‘Click Here for New Registration’ Link.
- The mobile number and email address entered during the registration cannot be changed under any circumstances. For all further OTP Authentication, the same mobile number and email will be used.
- Once registered, a User ID and Password will be generated through which the Choice Filling form can be accessed.
- The college/branch choices should be filled in decreasing order of preferences and if the candidate is satisfied with the choices, the choice is to be locked.
- Locked choices can be modified with the given duration (before September 06) by using the ‘Unlock Choices’ option and OTP Authentication.
- All unlocked choices (if any) will automatically be locked once the deadline ends. No change can be made to it thereafter and the same choices will be used for seat allotment for both rounds of counselling.
- Candidates who do not register or fill out the choice form will be disqualified from the counselling.
