Bihar UGEAC 1st Round Documents Verification 2024: The Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board (BCECEB) has commenced the document verification process from August 1 to 4, 2024 , after releasing the UGEAC Round 1 Seat Allotment on July 31, 2024. Aspirants having their names in the seat allotment will need to report to their reporting/nodal centre along with all their document verification which is essential to secure the seat.

The UGEAC 2024 seat allotment order will have the name and address of the Reporting/Nodal Centre which the candidates have to visit for document verification. The allotment order will also have the date for reporting. The document verification process will be conducted by the authority at various nodal centres specified in the candidate’s seat allotment letter. Candidates can check the UGEAC 2024 Round 1 Document Verification Dates in the table below.

Bihar UGEAC Documents Verification 2024: Certificates Required

All the certificates included in the list given below, if applicable, must be submitted in original by every candidate at the time of their counselling/allotment on the scheduled date:

• Original Admit Card of JEE MAIN 2024
• Original Scorecard of JEE MAIN 2024
• Passing Certificate/ Mark sheet/ Admit Card of Matric/ equivalent exam
• Passing Certificate/ Mark sheet/ Admit Card of Intermediate/ 10+2/ equivalent exam
• Residential Certificate
• All the certificate/documents in original as per the requirements of admissions in Private Engineering Colleges
• Six copies of the passport-size photographs, which were pasted on the admit card of JEE Main 2024
• Downloaded print of Online filled Application Form (Part A & Part B) of UGEAC 2024
• Aadhar Card
• Any other documents required (if any) such as DQ (PwD)/SMQ / EWS certificate

The candidates who fail to report for document verification as per the schedule will be eliminated from the counselling process and their seats will be included in the next counselling round. Such candidates will not be allowed in the further rounds of the counselling process.
