BIL or Bombay Stock Exchange Institute Ltd has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Techno India University, Kolkata. The main objective of the MoU is to offer specialised programmes in Finance and Financial Market. Both BIL and Techno India University will offer the course jointly that will include Global Financial Markets Professional (GFMP) programme, a flagship concurrent programme of Bombay Stock Exchange Institute, high-end programmes in FinTech and Financial Markets.

The programme inculcates knowledge about Banking Operations, Mutual Funds, Financial Modeling, Technical Analysis, Derivatives, Cash and a whole range of specialized topics. There are four semesters in the course and the participants will also be exposed to industrial practice for one semester.

Ambarish Datta, Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Managing Director of BSE Institute expressed that the MoU will enable them to reach out to bright and outstanding students in West Bengal and North Eastern India. The institute is confident that they will be able to work jointly to create skilled professionals for the BFSI industry.
He further added that the main aim of the collaboration is to provide knowledge oriented first-class education to students in the area of Financial Sector. The course will give the students an excellent opportunity to build expertise in the field of Data Analytics and Financial Risk Management.
Bombay Stock Exchange Institute Ltd offers a wide range of courses comprising of full-time postgraduate programmes to one-day workshops in business journalism, banking and finance and financial markets. Students will witness a great learning experience at BIL.
