Based on the choices filled by the candidates, the authority will release the CCMT NSR spot round seat allotment result on the official website- ccmt.admissions.nic.in . After that, the seat allottees can download the provisional seat allotment letter from their CCMT login. Note that the candidates will neither receive the provisional seat allotment letter at their registered email addresses nor their phone numbers individually.
Candidates who will be allotted a seat via the CCMT NSR spot round seat allotment should upload the required documents between August 5 to 7, 2025 (till 5.30 PM). If the candidates have completed the document verification done in the former rounds, then they do not need to upload it again. Nonetheless, if the candidates need to change their details or choices, they need the special eligibility check, then they should also upload the required documents.
What after CCMT NSR Spot Round Seat Allotment Result 2025?
Candidates who will be allotted a seat via the CCMT NSR spot round seat allotment result should accept the allotment (since this is the final round of allotment). Post that the candidates should complete the physical reporting process at the finally allotted colleges physically, between August 5 to 11, 2025. During the reporting process, the candidates should deposit the balance fees of all rounds, including regular, special, and NSR rounds. As per the official announcement, the balance fees are nothing but the difference between the total fees of the allotted colleges and the online fees deposited by the participants at the CCMT portal. Candidates who fail to report to the allotted colleges on or before the last date, then their seat allotment cancelled automatically.
