After the announcement of results, the candidates can enter the mandatory fields such as GATE registration ID, password, and security pin at the official website, ccmt.admissions.nic.in. Following that, the candidates must upload the required documents online along with the seat confirmation by July 23, 2025, till 12:30 PM. If they miss the deadline, their admission will be automatically cancelled.

After the release of CCMT Special Round 1 Seat Allotment 2025 result, candidates have three options: 'Freeze’, ‘Float’ and 'Slide'. If satisfied with their seat allotment, candidates can choose the 'Freeze' option, which cancels all other preference options, and take the admission. Alternatively, candidates can opt for the 'Slide' option if they want a better course within the same institution. Float means they want a better institution, but those candidates will remain eligible for the Special round 2 counselling 2025.
