In the previous proceedings, the court and senior advocate for NLUs agreed to remove one question from the examination due to issues with its formulation. The court recommended that the Consortium select more qualified paper setters to mitigate the risk of such errors in future CLAT exams. Currently, around 65,000 students are anxious and awaiting a major decision impacting the results and counselling run by the Consortium of National Law Universities (NLUs).
