The COMEDK 2025 seat allotment is based on the candidate's ranking in the entrance examination, their preference for seats, and seat availability. Candidates who are allotted seats will need to make a decision and pay the fee between July 28 and August 1, 4 PM. The allotment letters will be available in the candidate's applicant login for those who choose Accept & Freeze. Important Instructions for COMEDK Round 1 Seat Allotment 2025
Find the following options that need to be opted for after the release of the first round seat allotment results. Choose wisely based on your preferences
Accept & Freeze: For candidates who are satisfied with their seat who do not want to participate further. Download your allotment letter and fee receipt, then report to the college and pay the total fee.
Accept & Upgrade: For those happy with their seat but wishing to try for a higher preference in the next round. If upgraded, the previous seat is cancelled; if not, it remains yours. Pay the total fee.
Reject & Upgrade: For candidates not satisfied with their seat and want to try for a better one in the next round. If upgraded, they must accept the new seat; if not, they can keep their current seat. Pay the fee.
Reject & Withdraw: For those not satisfied and not wanting to continue. They cannot participate further, and their candidature is withdrawn. No fee required.
