Candidates must note that CSAB Seat Allotment 2024 for Round 1 will be formulated and released based on the choices filled by the candidates during option entry, and the availability of vacancies in the participating colleges, and their respective courses. Once the seat allotment is released, candidates will have to exercise an option for their assigned seat online between August 5, 2024, to August 7, 2024, by 5 PM through their login. Candidates must choose between Freeze/Float/Slide/Surrender/Withdraw/Exit option and pay the seat acceptance fee during online reporting.
Freeze options indicate that the candidate is satisfied with the seat, Float means the candidate is satisfied but wants to participate in further rounds for upgradation, Slide means the candidate wants to surrender their allotted seat and participate in further rounds, Surrender means that candidates want to give up on their allotted seat and also withdraw participation in the next round, and Withdraw means that the candidate wants to quit the counselling process.
