On 19th May, UGC declared CUET for post-graduation courses and according to the National Testing Agency, some courses of 8 new universities have been added for CUET PG 2022 admission.

CUET PG 2022: On 19th May, UGC declared CUET for post-graduation courses and according to the National Testing Agency, some courses of 8 new universities have been added for CUET PG 2022 admission. The eight new universities added, as per the NTA, are- Sanskriti University, Arunachal University of Studies, Dr. B.R Ambedkar University, Dr. Mangalam University, Vivekananda Global University, Lakshmibai National Institute of Physical Education, and Indian Institute of Mass Communication. 

A few courses have been included in addition to the inclusion of these universities. Candidates interested in giving the CUET PG 2022 entrance exam can visit the official website- cuet.nta.nic.in till 18th June (up to 5 PM) to fill out the application form. However, the last date to pay the application fee is 19th June (up to 11:50 PM). The authorities will open the application correction window from 20th to 22nd June. The examination date has not been decided yet.

The applicants can apply for up to three test papers by paying Rs. 200 per paper (for general category). The payment can be paid through net banking, debit card, credit card, UPI, or wallet. Only after the successful payment of the fee, the confirmation page of the online application form will be generated. 

To apply for CUET PG, there are no such age criteria or minimum marks. However, the candidates are advised to visit the university's website that they wish to apply for in order to fulfill their eligibility criteria. Although, the candidates must have a bachelor's or any equivalent degree from a recognized university.

The CUET PG 2022 exam will take place for two hours and in two shifts- 10:00 AM to 12 noon, and 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM. The total number of questions is 100 which will further be divided into two parts- Part A with 25 marks and Part B with 75 marks. Each question will carry four marks and for every wrong answer 1 mark will be deducted.
