Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya, DAVV, has finally decided on providing full fee refund to all the CET candidates. The refund window will be open to all the students who registered for DAVV CET 2019, till October 2. Candidates will directly receive the registration fee of Rs. 1500 in their bank accounts. According to the available data, DAVV varsity made a collection of Rs 2.34 crore from over 1500 applicants from the CET Type I Exam.
Earlier this month, Jitu Patwari, Education Minister, commented on the issues by asking DAVV administers to refund the full fee to all candidates but the officials were confused whether to make certain deductions while refunding the fee or not. The college was planning to deduct the processing fee while providing refunds.

Dr Renu Jain, the Vice-Chancellor, commented that DAVV applied for review on refund proposal to the court and were further instructed to provide full refunds to all the applicants. Now, the varsity is following the high court orders, all students will be receiving their refunds in a span of two months.
DAVV Refund Guidelines
In order to successfully get the refunds, all the applicants make sure to do the following:
- Registered students have to register to MP Online, if not done already.
- Share bank details like - account number, name of bank holder, IFSC code and branch name.
- Candidates who have to make changes in their online application form can do the same between September 5 to September 8, after the deadlines students will not get any other chance to do it.
- Students must also provide their current phone numbers to get all the updates.
