The Andhra Pradesh Government hasn’t allotted Engineering seats so far for the students who appeared for EAMCET. The EAMCET counselling has been concluded in the second week of June. According to the schedule the allotment of seats must be completed by 18th of June and it has been delayed and the government hasn’t mentioned the reason. According to the sources, the government has been thinking over the new fee structure which was not accepted by parents and college managements.

The government hiked 15% of the course fee. The government has been thinking to reschedule the new fee structure. The classes for first year engineering students have to commence from 27-June-2016. Due to the present scenario, the commencing of new academic year might not take place on the schedule date. It takes take days two allot seats and payment of course fee. Through this it is quite clear that the academic year for the first year students will be commencing from the first week of July.

The seats under management quota have been filling in the brisk phase at various colleges. The government announced that fee reimbursement will be provided to the candidates of management quota who secured ranks below 10,000. For the rest of the candidates Rs. 35,000 will be reimbursed.

The students who have already got verified their certificates in the counselling are eagerly waiting for the allotment of seats and nervous about the current situation.
