Delhi Univerity's Vice-Chancellor PC Joshi informed that an academic cooperative system between the departments and colleges of the Delhi University and those of other Indian universities is likely to take place.

The Vidya Vistar Scheme will mainly focus on organising online and offline lectures, workshops, conduct joint researchers, and publish in collaboration. It will also focus on faculty training under the same scheme.
The acting VC further informed that the university will focus on improving the QS ranking. The aim of the university is to rank between 400-500. Currently, the university ranks at 510.
