Madhya Pradesh DME NEET PG Choice Filling 2025: The Directorate of Medical Education, Madhya Pradesh, has opened the window for DME MP NEET PG Choice Filling 2025 today, i.e., November 9, 2025 ,  for admission to MD, MS, and PG Diploma courses through state quota for the 2025 session. This round is open for those who have been registered and included in the state merit list. In this round, candidates need to list colleges and courses in order of preference for seat allotment, based on their NEET PG rank, seat availability, and reservation category. This step is very important since the entire final allotment is solely based on the preference order entered and locked by the candidates.

Applicants are requested to go through the seat matrix and last year cut offs of colleges carefully and then fill in the choices accordingly. Once the choices are locked, they cannot be changed. Candidates who do not lock their choices by the end of November 11, 2025 , may lose the chance for seat allotment in the first round. After the allotment result is declared, the selected candidate has to report to the allotted college with all original documents within the specified timeline line failing which his/her seat will be cancelled.

• Enter the options in the order of your preference.

• Lock your choices before the deadline, or else they will not be taken into account.

• View the seat matrix before choosing your colleges and courses.

• Have all the necessary documents handy for verification.

• Once the choices are locked, they cannot be edited or modified.

• If a seat is allotted, report to the designated college within the stipulated time.

Candidates are advised to act cautiously as the choice locking is a one-time process. No modification or editing of the preference list will be allowed once the preferences are locked. The students who do not lock their choices before the last date will not be considered for the first round of seat allotment and may have to wait for the next round.
