Only those candidates who have completed their certificate verification process are eligible to fill web options for TS EAMCET 2022. However, the candidates must follow some precautions while filling the web options for TS EAMCET 2022. There are a lot of common mistakes that candidates do during the choice filling process which will result in wrong seat allotments.   • It is important to download the ‘Manual Option Entry Form’ first and take a printout of the same
  • Download the PDF of college codes and course codes available on the TS EAMCET counselling website 2022 on the day of exercising web options
  • List out the colleges and courses to which you want admission on a white paper. It is important to check previous years’ TS EAMCET cutoff in advance
  • On the manual option form, enter the college code and course code as per the priority number. For example, if you admission to the CSE course at Gokaraju Gangaraju Institute of Technology, you can choose this institute as the first option and CSE as the first option course
  • Be careful while choosing the course options, and it is advisable to check the course codes properly. For example, there will be confusion between course codes like CSE, CSC (Cyber Security), CS & AI and CS & Data Science. Therefore, choose the correct course code to avoid wrong seat allotment
  • It is important to choose as many college options as possible for better admission chances
  • If you are aiming for admission to colleges located in your region, choose those colleges only as the first option
  • Candidates with a rank below 15,000 have higher chances of securing admission in CSE. Therefore, it is advisable to choose CSE (basis of your career preference) as the first option

Don’ts of TS EAMCET Web Options 2022

Here are the activities that the candidates must avoid while filling the web options for TS EAMCET 2022 –

  • Do not blindly fill the web options without checking the college codes and course codes
  • If your rank is above 30,000, do not choose CSE in the top engineering colleges of Telangana. The chances of getting admission in courses like ECE and EEE are high in such cases
  • Do not choose fewer colleges in web options. There is no limit on the number of colleges opted for, and it is advisable to choose as many colleges as possible
  • Do not share your login details and password to exercise web options
  • Do not prefer the internet centre for exercising web options. If you are preferring internet centre, make sure that you log out after filling out the college options
