KEAM 2026 Result: Commissioner for Entrance Examinations - Kerala is gearing up for the release of KEAM results 2026 by May 10 . The date of the result announcement was mentioned on the official information brochure of the exam. On May 5, 2026, the exam authority released the final answer key, and there were major changes in it. The exam authority revised the answers for 6 questions and dropped 28 questions from the final answer key over discrepancies/ mistakes. Students will be awarded marks for the dropped questions (4 marks each). By May 10, only the results of KEAM 2026 will be declared, which include the marks scored by candidates. The KEAM 2026 rank list for the counselling process shall be released by June 20 . Therefore, you are advised not to get confused between the result and the rank list.
