DRDO CEPTAM 10 A&A Recruitment 2022 Selection Process: The Centre for Personnel Talent Management (CEPTAM) of Defense Research & Development Organization (DRDO) is inviting online applications for the recruitment of candidates for 1,061 vacant posts under the DRDO 10 Admin & Allied (A&A) cadre, including Junior Translator Officer, Administrative Assistant, Security Assistant, Store Assistant, Stenographer Grade I & Grade II, Fireman, and others. The application window has been opened from November 7 to December 7, 2022. DRDO CEPTAM 10 A&A Recruitment 2022 Selection Procedure 

The selection of candidates for DRDO CEPTAM 10 A&A Recruitment 2022 will be done in multiple stages, which include the following:

  • Written examination (CBT & Descriptive)

  • Physical test/Skill test (depending on the post applied for)

  • Document verification

  • Medical examination

Written Examination 

The DRDO CEPTAM 10 A&A recruitment 2022 Tier I exam will be a Computer-Based Test (CBT) comprising four sections – Quantitative Aptitude, Reasoning, General Awareness, and English. The Tier II exam conducted for the post of Junior Translator Officer (JTO) will be descriptive in nature.

Document Verification 

The following stage involves document verification of candidates qualifying the Physical/Skill Test round. At this stage, candidates are required to produce all the relevant documents as specified by the recruiting body. Any candidate failing to show valid documents shall be disqualified. 

Medical Examination 

The final stage of the DRDO CEPTAM 10 Admin & Allied recruitment 2022 selection process is a thorough medical examination of the selected candidates. 

Aspirants who get through all four recruitment stages will then be appointed to fill up the 1,061 vacancies for the concerned positions.
