The DTE Maharashtra will activate the Pharmacy Diploma (PHD) Option Form 2025 on October 1, 2025. Based on the preferences filled by aspirants, the provisional seat allotment will be published on October 7, 2025.
DTE Maharashtra Pharmacy Diploma (PHD) Option Form 2025 Releasing TodayDTE Maharashtra Pharmacy Diploma (PHD) Option Form 2025 Releasing Today: The Directorate of Technical Education (DTE), Maharashtra, will release the Pharmacy Diploma (PHD) Option Form 2025 today, October 1. Candidates who have successfully registered and have been included in the final merit list can now fill and submit their college and course preferences through the official website- phd25.dtemaharashtra.gov.in. Registered candidates can access the Maharashtra Pharmacy Diploma Option Form Link 2025 from October 1 to 4. During this period, they can log in to their account, review the available program and institute options, and submit their preferences in the order of their choice.
The authority is conducting the option entry for all the candidates shortlisted through the final merit list. The option entry can be done by the candidates through the online mode.
Maharashtra Pharmacy Diploma Option Form 2025: Steps to Fill Option Form
Here are the steps to fill the DTE Maharashtra Pharmacy Diploma Option Form 2025:
- Visit the official website of DTE Maharashtra.
- Click on the link for “Option Form Filling – Pharmacy Diploma 2025.”
- Log in with your Application ID and password.
- Check the available seat matrix and list of participating colleges.
- Select and arrange colleges/courses in order of preference.
- Review and confirm the option form before final submission.
- Download and save a copy of the submitted option form for future reference.
After making the selections, they must lock and confirm their choices to ensure they are considered in the seat allotment process. Once locked, the choices cannot be edited, and candidates must retain a printout of the submitted option form for reference. After the option form window closes, DTE will process choices and release the seat allotment results for CAP Round 1.
