It allows eligible candidates, those unallotted in Round 1 or opting for an upgrade, to submit or revise their preferences through July 19. Applicants can log in at poly25.dtemaharashtra.gov.in using their Application ID and password to access the option window. DTE Maharashtra Polytechnic CAP Round 2 Option Form 2025: Instructions
Aspirants must note the instructions listed below regarding the Maharashtra Polytechnic CAP Round 2 Option Form 2025.

Select your choices offline before peak hours to avoid portal issues, then log in and enter and confirm options.
After confirming, re-enter your login credentials to finalise and save your choices.
Only online submissions before midnight on July 19 will be accepted—no revisions are possible afterwards.
Following the submission deadline, DTE will announce the provisional seat allotment for CAP Round 2 on July 21. Candidates must then accept the seat and pay the acceptance fee from July 22 to 24, choosing to either freeze or float depending on their satisfaction with the allocation.
