The University of Delhi will close the registration process for the fifth batch today, August 18, 2025, on the official website. The course will take place in Hybrid mode, and the course fee is Rs 5000.
DU Certificate Course on PatentsDU Certificate Course on Patents: The University of Delhi will close the registration process for the fifth batch today, August 18, 2025. As per the notice, the authority will start the DU Certificate fifth batch course on September 1, 2025, in a hybrid format. Candidates who have qualified for class 12 or are pursuing or completing graduation in any course can apply for the DU Certificate patent course for the fifth batch. The course fee is Rs 5000.
In this certificate course, the candidates should complete 48 hours of online study and 12 hours of offline classes. Also, a total of 100 students per batch can take admission for the fifth batch. The duration of the DU Certificate course is 3 months. More specifically, the online classes will take place for 2 hours on Saturday and Sunday.

The mode of applying for the DU Certificate course in Patents is online. Check out the steps of applying for the fifth batch here, in the following section:
- Click on the above highlighted direct link
- Fill out the personal details
- Upload the photograph/ signature/ ID proof as per the specifications
- Upload the class 10/ 12th certificate and graduation certificate
- Click on the submit button
- Pay the application fees
- Take a printout of the DU Certificate course application form for future reference
Once the certificate application fees are paid, the amount will not be refunded. Note that the fees need to be paid only in online mode, by credit card/ debit card/ UPI/ net banking.
