DU also released an official statement regarding this which said that the school will provide incubation facilities for entrepreneurs and students which can also prove helpful in enhancing the research interests of the college teachers who are unable to take ideas forward due to the lack of necessary infrastructure and the right ecosystem at their place of work. Faculties from various backgrounds such as Social Sciences, Commerce and Economics, Sciences, Management and Finance will all be a part of DSSEED. Delhi University's official statement highlighted the importance of the role of the multidisciplinary faculties as that will help resolve the "immediate and ever-evolving future challenges which in turn will contribute towards national development."
