GATE 2024 Unofficial Answer Key Released (Image credit: Pexels)GATE 2024 Unofficial Answer Key: Made Easy, a popular GATE coaching institute has released the GATE 2024 unofficial answer keys for various subjects viz., Civil Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Engineering Science and Mechanical Engineering. As the GATE response sheet 2024 can be downloaded from February 16 onwards, the candidates can check the unofficial answer keys to estimate their tentative score. IISc Bangalore will release the official answer key of GATE 2024 on February 21.

Candidates should have a fair knowledge of the GATE 2024 exam marking scheme so that they calculate their scores after downloading the answer keys.
- For every correct answer, the candidates will get 1 and 2 marks based on their weightage
- For every incorrect answer, the candidates will get a deduction of 1/3 and 2/3 marks respectively for 1 and 2 marked questions
- Total marks (1 mark): 1 x no. of correct attempts – 1/3 x no. of incorrect attempts.
- Total marks (2 marks) = 2 x the number of correct attempts – 2/3 x the number of incorrect attempts.
- NAT Marks= Total Marks (1 mark)+ Total Marks (2 marks)
