The girls who have passed her Board Exams at school level with 99.8% has been denied to get a seat in junior colleges of Mumbai. The first merit list of the candidates was released on 27-June-2016. The girl felt shocked when she did not find her name on the list. Initially, she was very confident that she would secure a seat in reputed colleges of Mumbai.

According to the information given by the deputy director of education, Mumbai, the student’s form was filled on 11th and 12-June-2016 and it was reset on 16-June-2016. The form was never filled again after 16th June. The reset of the form of the students have been done by the school on the request of the students and haven't been filled later. She was not allotted seat in any of the colleges in Mumbai as she did not fill and submit the form online.

Now the girl has to wait until 15-July-2016 so that she could manage to secure a seat in any of the colleges of Mumbai depending upon availability.
