Inter-College GS-COMNEXT event ofG. S. College of Commerce & Economicswas held on 7th and 8th January’16.
GS COMNEXT is an academic annual event which is hosted by G.S. College. This event provides a platform to the students of commerce to nurture their talent and skills. This is an event which gives complete freedom to students in which they can showcase their talent and show how different they can think.
The programme was grace by the presence of following people:

  • The Chief Guest Shri Sunil Manohar (former Advocate General of Maharashtra & college alumnus)
  • The chairman of Shiksha Mandal Wardha society Shri Sanjay Bhargava
  • Principal Dr. N.Y. Khandait
  • Convener Prof. V.N. Thangan
  • Prof. Pravin Yadav

On Day 1

The speech to welcome all the students and guests was given by Dr. Ranjana Sahu.
Then took place the inauguration ceremony. There was a commerce Exhibition and presentation on company analysis along with G.S. success stories.

On Day 2

There was a commerce quiz and an inter-college debate on "Is a separate Vidharbha State Desirable & Viable?”

The event ended on a happy note and it fulfilled the purpose as a lot of students were able to showcase their worth and talent.
