Candidates who either opted for an upgrade or were not allotted a seat in Round 1 are eligible to participate in this round. To do so, they must visit the official portal at hstes.org.in and log in using their Unique Registration Number and Password. The choice filling process will be conducted exclusively through the online mode. Candidates are encouraged to select as many options as they prefer and arrange them in decreasing order of priority to increase their chances of allocation. The deadline for submitting choices is July 20 at 11:59 PM.

All choice filling must be done online. Offline or manual submissions will not be accepted.
Candidates under special categories can choose options for both general and special category seats using the same login.
Before filling out the choices, candidates should review the available seats in each college to help set their preferences in the right order.
Candidates can add, remove, or reorder as many choices as they want until the deadline i.e., July 20. There is no limit on changes.
Choices must be locked before the deadline. If not, the system will auto-lock the last saved choices. Once locked, no further changes are allowed.
