The ICAI (Institute of Charted Accountants of India) has declared the results of Common Proficiency Test (CPT) December 2017 today, January 17, 2018. ICAI has also announced the results of CA Final Examination November 2017. The results have been uploaded on the official website of ICAI.

ICAI Merit List:
- ICAI will prepare an All India Merit List of the candidates who score 55% or above and up to 50th rank in the final exam.
- For ICAI November 2017 Final Examination, a total number of 1,28,853 candidates appeared across the globe.
- A total number of 63,035 students appeared for CPT December 2017 exam.
Process to Check CPT December 2017 and ICAI Final Exams November 2017 Results:
- Students can access the results on the official website
- After visiting the official website, you can click on the relevant exam CPT or Final Exams to check the results.
- You can also get your result on your personal E-mail ID.
- For this purpose, open the official website, and click on ‘Login’.
- With the help of login credentials, open your personal Login Account and complete the e-mail registration.
- If your e-mail is not verified with the website of ICAI, complete it immediately.
- Once the results are out, you will get the same on your e-mail.
- You can also get the results through SMS.
- For this purpose, type ‘CAFNL (space) Six Digit Roll Number/ CACPT (space) Six Digit Roll Number’ and send to 58888.
ICAI Bhopal chapter has recorded a higher success rate this year as compared to 2016. Out of all students who enrolled through the Institute for Group 1, 106 passed the exam. In the Group 2 category, 64 students passed the exam. The passing percentage has doubled as in 2016, 66 students had passed in group 1, whereas 38 students passed group 2 exam.

Close to 30,000 students had appeared for both the groups across India and 22.76% of them qualified the exams.
