Indian Institute of Management, Indore has announced that the institute would launch a weekend course for the working professionals. The course is named as General Management Programme for Executives (GMPE).

The course will be launched on September 25, 2016. Somali Bajpai, Officer, Industry Interface of IIM-I said that with an increasing need of professionals in the field of management, there is a great demand of industry-ready candidates following which the institute is launching the programme. The course suits the needs of working professionals in the region, keeping in mind the challenges faced by them to handle a job and studies together. The institute intends to provide the best of support to the candidates who enrol in the programme. The course is specifically designed and structured for those candidates who do not want to take a sabbatical from work.
