IIM Kashipur Conducts HR Conclave 'Samanvaya 2023' on Human RenaissanceOne of the leading management institutes of the country, IIM Kashipur conducted the annual HR Conclave ‘Samanvaya 2023’ on the theme ‘Human Renaissance’. This session saw thought-provoking addresses from immensely intellectual industrial experts from various companies. On October 7th, Chapter 1 of the annual HR Conclave at IIM Kashopur was successfully concluded with various sessions on Industrial needs and expectations from management graduates this year. Chapter 1 of ‘Samanvaya 2023’ focused on the acceptance of Automation and Robotics with the upcoming role of AI in various fields.

IIM Kashipur Conducts HR Conclave ‘Samanvaya 2023’ on Human Renaissance
Leading Human Resources (HR) Leaders from multiple companies participated in this annual HR-oriented event. Chapter 1 of this event revolved around the idea of ‘Automation Revolution: Unlocking the HR Insights’ and the HR leaders from their own fields shared their views. The HRs shared their insights on the role of Automation and AI in the near future and the challenges that might be faced. It was also discussed that the HR Managers are gearing up to develop comprehensive retraining and reskilling programs. However, the session concluded with the process of accepting and adapting automation like any other industry.
Chapter 1 of the 'Samanvaya 2023’ by IIM Kashipur leading HR experts from the industry came together to nurture an environment to share knowledge, experience and innovation. Esteemed guest speakers were Mr. Rajiv Naithani, Chief People Officer at Infogain, Dr. Pradyumna Pandey, Manufacturing HR Head at Hero MotoCorp; Mr. Rahul Pakhale, Senior Human Resources Manager at Jio Platforms Limited, and Debalina Roy, General Manager - HR (Talent, Capability and D&I) at Vodafone Idea Limited.
