IIT Mandi's AiXcelerate 3.0 Explores the Impact of AI on Business PracticesIIT Mandi's School of Management successfully concluded the third edition of its flagship annual management conclave, AiXcelerate 3.0. The conclave featured ten renowned industry experts, including Shiv Kumar from L'Oréal India and Nikhil Bhushan from Starbucks India.
The sessions focused on how key management functions are evolving in the era of digital transformation. Professor Anjan Kumar Swain, Chairperson of the School of Management, emphasized the need for transparency, trust, and inclusivity in AI adoption. He stated that AiXcelerate 3.0 showcased how AI is reshaping business strategies and underscored leaders' responsibility to ensure transparency, trust, and inclusivity.
The conclave provided a unique opportunity for students to interact directly with industry leaders and policymakers. IIT Mandi's School of Management aims to develop business leaders who are well-versed in traditional management principles and highly proficient in leveraging technology for strategic advantage.
IIT Mandi is one of the top second-generation IITs in the country, known for its research and development projects. The institute has worked on over 275 R&D projects worth more than ₹120 crores and has signed collaboration agreements with 11 international and 12 national universities.
