Important instructions regarding choice of exam cities in CUET UG 2024 (Image credit: Pexels)Important instructions regarding the choice of exam cities in CUET UG 2024: The CUET UG 2024 registration process has started, and will be ended on March 26, 2024. During the filling of the CUET UG 2024 application form, the candidates should enter the choices of exam cities as per their preferences. Note, that the choices of exam centre cities will be limited to the state of present or permanent address only. Candidates are advised to enter those exam cities, that are convenient for their residents. Post that the final decision or exam centre allotment will be made by the exam conducting authority. Nonetheless, the candidates might be allotted a different exam city due to administrative/ logistics reasons.

Candidates can check out the important instructions related to the CUET UG 2024 application form fill-up process here:
- During the CUET UG application form fill-up process, the candidates can enter a maximum 4 cities as options
- If there are very few candidates from a city, then the authority reserves the right to merge one, two or multiple cities
- The decision on the final allotment of the exam city/ centre is final. There will be no further requests to change the exam centre
- For better convenience, the candidates are advised to enter the neighbouring cities in their residential state. They should not enter any cities which are quite far from their residence. NTA will not be responsible for any inconvenience for selecting an incorrect
- If the candidates opt for a city as their preferred exam centres with a regional language is less than the certain minimum, then the candidates will be allotted a centre to the other city irrespective of the opted city by them to appear for the exam
