Instruction 2 | Candidates can only choose the Freeze option by logging into their dashboard on the official website, where they will find the option to confirm their seat acceptance. |
Instruction 3 | If a candidate is allotted a seat based on their first preference, they are required to accept the Freeze option and cannot opt for Float or Slide. However, they do have the option to withdraw from the counselling process if they wish. |
Instruction 4 | Failure to confirm the Freeze option will result in the seat being rejected and allocated to other candidates in subsequent counselling rounds. Candidates need to complete this step to secure their seat. |
Instruction 5 | Once the Freeze option is selected, candidates cannot make any modifications to their seat allocation, college, or program. This decision is final and binding. |

Instruction 10 | If a candidate accepts the Freeze option, pays the seat acceptance fee, and completes all online procedures but fails to report to the institute for offline admission, their seat will be cancelled. In such cases, the seat acceptance fee may not be refundable, and the candidate will lose their allocated seat. |
