INI CET Result January 2026 Expected Release DateINI CET Result January 2026 : The All India Institute of Medical Sciences, New Delhi will release INI CET Result January 2026 on November 15, 2025. Once released, candidates can access their qualifying status on the official website aiimsexams.ac.in. The result will appear in PDF format and will display each candidate’s qualifying status as well as the marks obtained in each subject. After downloading the PDF, candidates should verify the information carefully; any discrepancy must be reported to the conducting authorities without delay.
The outcome will be presented as an overall rank and a percentage score, and only those who qualify will be eligible for admission to 872 seats in Doctor of Medicine, Master of Surgery, Master of Dental Surgery, Doctor of Medicine, and Master of Chirurgie programmes through INI CET counselling. These results will be used for admission to 11 INIs, including AIIMS Delhi, NIMHANS Bengaluru, PGIMER Chandigarh, JIPMER Puducherry, and others.

To view the result, candidates must log in to their candidate portal using their Registration ID, Registration Unique Code, password, and captcha code. In the event of a tie, the following tie‑breaking rules will apply sequentially: first, fewer negative marks – the candidate with fewer incorrect responses will be assigned a higher rank; if the negative‑mark count is identical, age seniority – the older candidate will receive the higher merit position. The entire process is designed to ensure transparency and fairness in rank determination.
