International Conference on Biotechnology at Central University of South Bihar

A three day international conference on ‘Human Implications of Biotechnology’ was organized at Centre for Biological Sciences at Central University of South Bihar. The international conference was held from 12th February, 2016 to 14th February 2016.

The conference was attended by more than 500 biotechnologists from various parts of India and abroad. The conference was inaugurated by Vice-chancellor Harish Chandra Singh Rathore while the Pro-Vice-Chancellor of United Kingdom based Aston Medical School Asif Ahmad honoured the gathering as Chief Guest.

This conference encouraged the exchange of scientific information on innovations and cutting edge research in the field of Biotechnology and its interdisciplinary importance among researchers. The first International Conference on Human Implications on Biotechnology is an attempt to bring the academia and industry together with a vision of drawing attention towards the emerging future of Science and Technology in Bihar.
