ITM-NEST B.Tech. Selection Process and Counselling Process

ITM Gwalior selects students for B.Tech. on the basis of ITM-NEST entrance exam. However, admissions are also done on the basis of other exam scores.

Selection Process:

• Students have to qualify the eligibility criteria set by the institute in order to be considered for merit listing.
• Selection for the B.Tech programmes offered at ITM Gwalior is done on the basis of ITM-NEST score. Other exam scores that the university accepts are JEE, PAT and NATA.
• On the basis of the merit, students will also be offered scholarship assistance.
• Other than merit scholarships, the university also provides sports, cultural, military, para-military and government funded scholarships based on a student’s academic and extra-curricular record.

Counselling Process:

• Students will have to apply for counseling at ITM University, Gwalior in order to get a seat at the university.
• Once the counseling process begins, students are asked to fill up their trade preference online.
• Based on the merit list and academic record, students are allotted seats in their trades of their preference.
• Seats will only be confirmed after the student has paid the fee and the university has verified his/her documents.
