Two students from the Computer Science Department of ITM Universe Vadodara have been able to achieve a rare feat by being offered a research internship at Logistics Institute Asia Pacific of the National University of Singapore. They are also being offered 1,100 Singapore Dollars as a stipend.
In an extraordinary feat that has been achieved by two ITM Universe Vadodara Computer Science students as they have been able to grab an internship programme at NUS Singapore.
The two students Deep Pomal and Siddhant Bane who are currently pursuing the final year of their programme at ITM Universe Vadodara will take up research internship at National University of Singapore (NUS). They will be receiving a stipend of 1100 Singapore Dollars and have been granted an approved Singapore Government Pass.
Sources state that this was possible only after Siddhant Bane, who was a third-year engineering student at the time of computer science and engineering department, took the effort of visiting the Logistic Institute of Asia Pacific at NUS Singapore. He had visited the institute as a research intern and was able to sign an Indian patent along with Professor Mark Goh under the programme of student exchange.

ITM Universe Vadodara and the National University of Singapore have been allied in various research as well as academic promotions. Prof Mark Goh has also been previously associated with the Department of Management Studies at Vadodara’s ITM Universe with the post of Adjunct Senior Professor.
