This provisional seat allotment is part of the third round of online counselling for B.Tech courses, which will continue until August 11, 2025. Candidates can download their seat allotment letters from the official website, jceceb.jharkhand.gov.in , using their login credentials. To secure admission, candidates must pay a seat acceptance fee of Rs 1,000/- and collect their provisional seat allotment letter. They are then required to report to the allotted college for document verification, carrying necessary documents such as their Jharkhand Polytechnic admit and rank card, domicile certificate, and mark sheets.

The seat allotment results are determined based on the candidate's merit rank, preferred choices, and availability of seats. Admission seekers must follow the instructions below after the JCECEB Polytechnic 2025 third seat allotment result is released:

Confirm your seat by paying a minimal fee on the portal and choose to either confirm and upgrade your seat or quit the counseling process.
Report to the allotted institute for document verification on the specified date with required documents, including:
- Provisional allotment letter
- Jharkhand Polytechnic admit and rank card
- Domicile certificate
- Passport-size photograph
- Category certificate
- Class 10 passing certificate
- Mark sheet
- Admit card
Pay admission fees to the allotted institute to confirm admission.
Document verification and admission will take place from August 4, 2025, to August 11, 2025.
If your name doesn't appear in the seat allotment list, you won't be able to seek admission for AY 202526, as it's the last counseling round.
