Candidates who have not yet registered or submitted their preferences still have time to do so before the deadline. All choices must be entered, saved, and locked by visiting the official website jceceb.jharkhand.gov.in. The authority will also give a final chance to the candidates to modify their preferences such as adding, removing, or reordering choices until August 4, 2025. Only those who complete the choice filling within this period will be eligible for seat allotment.
The allocation of seats will depend on several factors including the candidate’s rank, cutoff marks, seat availability, and the submitted preferences. It is strongly recommended that applicants carefully consider their options and select multiple colleges to improve their chances of getting a seat.

During the Jharkhand NEET UG Choice Filling 2025 process, candidates need to prioritize their preferred institutes. If candidates fail to mark their choices, they won't be eligible for seat allotment. Candidates are advised to carefully check their choices and the choice filling instructions before submitting their choices to make sure that they can lock them. Otherwise, previously saved choices will be automatically locked by the system at the deadline.
Following that, the authority will release the allotment result on August 6, 2025. The registered candidates can download the seat allotment letters by August 12, 2025. The candidates who are satisfied with their allotted seat should complete their self-reporting process by submitting the necessary documents before the last date. Otherwise, they will have to wait for the next round of counselling.
