JoSAA Counselling Registration 2025 Begins TodayJoSAA Counselling Registration 2025 Begins Today: The Joint Seat Allocation Authority (JoSAA) has officially begun the counselling registration process today, June 3, 2025, at 5 PM . Candidates who have successfully qualified in either the JEE Advanced or JEE Main examinations are eligible to take part in the JoSAA counselling. This process facilitates admission into a range of prestigious institutions, including 23 IITs, 31NITs, IIEST Shibpur, 26 IIITs, and 46 GFTIs. To participate in the counselling process, eligible candidates must visit the official JoSAA website josaa.nic.in and complete the registration procedure on or before June 12, 2025 (till 5 PM). Once registered, candidates will need to fill in their preferred choices of institutions and academic programs based on their eligibility and interest.
Additionally, candidates who have cleared the Architecture Aptitude Test (AAT) will have the opportunity to select AAT-specific options. The window to submit these specialized choices will open on June 8, 2025.

JoSAA Counselling Registration 2025: Important Documents
Here is the list of documents candidates need to keep ready before filling out the application form of JoSAA Counselling Registration 2025:
- JEE Main 2025 Admit Card
- JEE Main 2025 Score Card
- Class X mark sheet or Birth certificate
- Class XII mark sheet and certificate
- Caste Certificate (if necessary)
- For candidates belonging to the OBC-NCL or GEN-EWS category, the certificate is considered valid only if it is issued on or after April 1, 2025, or if it is verifiable online through a government portal.
- Original certificate for persons with disability
- Original certificate for persons having less than 40% disability and difficulty in writing
- Bank cheque copy or bank pass book with front page copy
- Medical Certificate
- OCI (Overseas Citizenship of India), if applicable
- Passport or citizenship certificate (if necessary)
Candidates must note that, if the original documents are not in English or Hindi duly certified by the principal or directory of JoSAA authority at the time of certificate verification.
