To view their seat allotment status, candidates will need to log in to the website using their application number and password. Upon accessing their allotment details, candidates will be required to pay the seat acceptance fee, upload documents for verification purposes, and respond to any queries raised by the conducting authority. Candidates must do so within the specified timeframe, which is between July 16, 5 PM and July 20, before 5 PM.

JoSAA Round 6 Seat Allotment 2025: Instructions for CSAB
Post JoSAA Round 6 Seat Allotment 2025, eligible candidates need to adhere to the following instructions for CSAB counselling:
All eligible candidates must register afresh on the CSAB portal (csab.nic.in) to participate in the special rounds, as JoSAA portal registration is invalid for CSAB special rounds.
Candidates with unverified documents during JoSAA counselling can update their nationality, gender data, state of eligibility, and category (only from beneficiary to non-beneficiary category). Candidates whose category was changed from OBC-NCL, SC, ST, or GEN-EWS to GEN during JoSAA rounds can request category restoration with valid certificates through the CSAB portal.
CSAB will conduct three special rounds for seat allocation in the NIT+ system (excluding IITs), if vacancies remain after JoSAA 2025 rounds.
A supernumerary round will be conducted for admission to supernumerary seats in select NITs (e.g., NIT Durgapur, SVNIT Surat) for candidates from specific union territories.
CSAB NEUT rounds will allocate seats to candidates from North-Eastern states and union territories in AICTE-approved institutes.
All CSAB-related activities will be facilitated through the CSAB portal.
