Karnataka PGCET Fee Structure 2025: The Karnataka Examinations Authority has specified Karnataka PGCET 2025 fee structure for the academic year for MBA and MCA courses in both aided and unaided institutions at cetonline.karnataka.gov.in . For government and government-aided institutions, the annual tuition fee for MBA and MCA courses is Rs 20,000, with students also required to pay university fees. In private unaided institutions, the annual tuition fee for MBA and MCA courses is significantly higher, at Rs 57,750 and Rs 69,300, respectively.

The admission process for MBA and MCA courses involves a combination of centralized counseling and entrance exams. For MBA courses, 50% of seats in private unaided institutions are filled through online counseling based on PGCET merit, while the remaining 50% are filled based on KMAT rankings. Similarly, for MCA courses, 50% of seats are filled through online counseling based on PGCET merit, and the remaining 50% are filled based on entrance exams conducted by the respective governing bodies.

Students are also required to pay university fees in addition to the tuition fees. KEA has clarified that no additional fees should be collected from students at the college or university level beyond the specified tuition and university fees. KEA ensures that the fees paid by students are transferred to the respective colleges or universities within a month of the student reporting.
