KCET Round 2 Seat Allotment 2022 Releasing Today

KCET Round 2 Seat Allotment 2022 will be released today, November 21, 2022, as per the KCET round 2 counselling schedule released by the KEA. As for round 1, KCET seat allotment round 2 will also be placed online on its official website at cetonline.karnataka.gov.in. Candidates will be able to check their allotment by inputting their CET number and the given captcha code. As per the given timings, the allotment result link will be activated shortly after 4 PM. However, given the previous trends of KEA, the timing might as well be delayed further.

Once the allotment is out, candidates will have to exercise their post-allotment choices, depending on their preferences if they wish to retain the seat or go for the next round. The dates to exercise the post-allotment options are from November 22 to November 24. While exercising KCET round 2 seat allotment choices, it is important to note that the next round, the casual vacancy round, will be the final round of the counselling process. Whichever seat is allotted in the next round will be binding to the candidate and it will be mandatory to take admission there.

For this round, the same four post-allotment choices will be available as they were in round 1. The candidates who choose Choice 1 or Choice 2 will have to pay the seat acceptance fee between November 23 and 25, if the fee is not already paid in round 1. At the same time, the allotment letters will also be available for download on the portal. Those who exercise Choice 1 will have to report to their allotted institute to take admission before November 26.
