It opened on October 25, 2025, from 4 PM onwards. Only students who are eligible for the mop-up round of MBBS counselling are advised to log in, choose, and confirm their college preferences before the deadline. If the certificates were uploaded during registration and were provisionally verified by the department concerned, and if the candidate's name appears in the final KNRUHS merit list 2025 of UG admissions on September 12, 2025, they are eligible to submit their web options online from any computer with internet access.
If an individual retained a seat in earlier rounds or failed to properly exit the previous allotment, they may be barred from participating in this mop-up phase of KNRUHS TG MBBS. So, it is important to verify and satisfy the eligibility via the candidate login.

How to Exercise KNRUHS TG MBBS Mop Up Round Web Options 2025?
To exercise KNRUHS TG MBBS Mop-Up Round web options 2025 these steps need to be followed:
You need to visit the official website tsmedadm.tsche.in.
Click on the link that reads “Web Options (Mop-Up Phase)”.
Enter your NEET Roll Number, All India Rank, Registration Number, and Mobile Number.
Then, click on “Get OTP” to receive a One-Time Password on your registered mobile. Enter the OTP and hit Submit.
You’ll see two tables on the screen. On the left side, there will be a list of colleges, available courses, and course types. On the right side, you’ll see your selected options in the order of priority.
To select an option, click on the college and course from the left table and press the ADD button.
To remove an option, select it and click Delete.
To change priority, drag and drop the selected option to the desired position.
- Click the SAVE button to store your selected web options on the server.

Once saved, candidates can also print the order of their preferences for future reference. Aspirants who were allotted seats in the previous phases of KNRUHS TG MBBS counselling and have not reported or discontinued the course after joining at the respective college are ineligible for exercising options. Those who did not exercise web options in the first phase of counselling are also not eligible to exercise web options.
